Due to COVID19 there are a number of restrictions in place for those attending our Sunday services:
1:    Those vulnerable or shielding or have COVID19 symptoms should not attend.
2:    Those attending have to register for NHS track and trace.
3:    Those attending have to wear a face covering at all times.
4:    Those attending should not sing or great each other with a hug.
5:    Sit within your own household and remain 2 metres away from others during the service.
6:    Only one person is allowed in the toilet at a time.
7:    Except during Junior church, please keep your children with you at all times, do not let them wander around the room or the building.
8:    There is a maximum of 30 people allowed in the building. Please don't be offended if we have to turn you away at the door.

If you think you have the virus - get tested ASAP
If you have COVID19 symptoms call 119 or visit: http://nhs.uk/ask-for-a-coronavirus-test and book a test ASAP. You can check your symptoms online here.

If you have a new cough or a fever
The symptoms of Coronavirus are a dry cough, loss of sense of taste or smell and high fever. If you have these symptoms isolate yourselves and others in your house, don't call 111. Check your symptoms at 111.nhs.uk/covid-19. You must self-isolate for 7 days from the outside world. As much as possible also isolate from other members of your household. Let the church leadership know by phone or text if you are doing this.

If you go on to become seriously unwell call NHS 111 and also let us know. Keep us up to date so we can update the prayer network.

If you live with someone who develops a new cough or a fever
If you live in the same house as someone who develops a new cough or a fever then you must self isolate for 14 days. Also isolate yourselves and others in the house from the ill person as much as possible. The longer isolation time for other household members is required because of the incubation period of the disease.

If you are aged 70+ or in an 'at risk' group
Stay at home as much as possible. If you go out for a walk to exercise, then keep a safe distance from other people.

Prayer
Instead of meeting for prayer we are recommending prayer walking. Even older and at risk people can do this safely. Pray down the streets you normally walk for the people in the houses that you pass by, as well as praying for other issues. We also have a weekly online prayer meeting on Zoom on Friday at 7:30pm. Full details here. First and foremost now is the time for all of us to pray for ourselves, families, church and nation. I also recommend you recite Psalm 91:1-7 as a prayer-proclamation each time you wash your hands. You can do it in about 20 seconds.

Weekly Sunday service
We are not meeting at either the Meridian Centre Withernsea or the Evron Centre Filey, do not go there on Sunday until further notice. We are meeting outdoors in Italian Gardens Withernsea and Glen Gardens Filey.

Holy Communion
Both churches are now offering communion with prayers online by Zoom and conference call: Filey and Withernsea.
